Countess of Chester

Client Brief:

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is one of the leading providers of acute hospital services south of the River Mersey. Composite Imaging was invited by the Estates Department, who commission developments and improvements in line with the trust’s health care led business objectives, to create artwork for new refurbishments to the Ophthalmology Department. Designs were proposed from the Composite Imaging “Natural Form” portfolio that created a tranquil feel in the waiting areas and were collectively approved by the staff who work in the Ophthalmology Hospital Facility.

Materials used:

Digital print was used on our premium quality acrylic with anodized aluminium fixings in two waiting areas and the corridor leading through into the department. Seventeen panels in total were installed. Click here to find out more about our Acrylic porducts

The Artwork Solution:

Feedback received was extremely positive from both staff and patients, and estates commented that the “…images are refreshing and they deliver a contrast to other areas of the hospital.”
