Walk on the Wild Side is the key to tranquility
"Stunning artwork inspired by the mountains of Peru has been hung in the Christe Hospital by artists Paulette Bansal and Jackie Anderson.
The canvases which depict a recent charity trek along the legendary Inca Trail, now hang in the reception of the new Pat Seed Department CMTR scanners unit. Paulette and Jackie, partners in composite imaging digital art, raised £2,482 for the hospital from their Peruvian 'walk in the clouds'. Both have lost relatives to cancer and wanted to combine fundraising with a more personal touch.
Paulette of Moorfield Road said:"We hope the beauty of the lanscapes we have captured will help patients for many years to come".
Jackie who lives in Bowdon, added:"It was felt the designs were the most tranquil for patients".
Composite imaging, which specialises in creating original art for offices, hotels, restaurants and leisure centres, was established a year ago".
